New admitted students who are Veterans or Active Duty Service members will be eligible for a 20% military tuition discount if enrolled in an online MBA, or DBA program. Proof of military status will be required at the time of admission.

Concordia University Chicago evaluates and accepts credits based on American Council on Education (ACE) guidelines. You may receive credit for:

  • Military leadership coursework
  • MOS/Rating-specific training
  • Prior college-level learning and CLEP/DANTES exams

Average students can earn 12–30+ credits before enrolling in a single course.

Absolutely. We participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program and assist veterans at 100% eligibility.

  • Transfer of Post-9/11 GI Bill Benefits: Service members can transfer their unused Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits to their spouses. 
  • Yellow Ribbon Program: CUC participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which helps cover tuition costs for eligible veterans and their dependents, including spouses. 
  • Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance (DEA): If a service member dies or becomes permanently and totally disabled, their spouse may be eligible for the DEA program, which provides financial assistance for education.

  • Bachelor’s: With transfer credits and year-round courses, many students can complete the CUC Accelerated Degree Programs (ADP) in as little as 16 months, taking advantage of the flexibility of online, accelerated courses.  The exact duration depends on the number of transfer credits a student has already completed.
  • MBA/MS:  Master’s programs can be completed in 1-2 years
  • Doctorate programs: 3-5 years
